Intermediate
Students in this level begin barre training and start to learn specialized skills such as jumps, turns, and basic tumbling. Folk dance and classical Chinese dance will be taught.
中级/规范教学：
学生开始进入把杆基本功训练，并开始对把下跳，转，翻等技术技巧做辅助技能训练。民族民间舞及古典舞中的身韵也要在这个时期开始组合式教学。
Advanced
Advanced students will improve and perfect their barre skills as well as learn higher intensity dance skills. This enhances not only the quality and difficulty of their dances but also enjoyment for both dancer and audience.
高级/提高教学：
提高把杆基本功与把下跳，转，翻技巧的强度，并做到二者之间相辅相成的进行搭配训练。学生此时已经可以将高难度动作技巧柔韧有余地融入中国民族民间和中国古典舞的表演当中，既增强了动作难度系数，也大大提高了舞蹈的观赏性。
